Non-Ultimate abilities can be cast twice before entering cooldown. The first cast has no cooldown; the second has 50% increased cooldown. Casting a different ability than your previous ability reduces the remaining cooldown of all other cooling abilities by 25%.
3-piece: Setlist Inferno
Cast 3 different non-Ultimate abilities without repeating one, then cast an Ultimate to become Enraged for 5 seconds. Enraged immediately clears all ability cooldowns and prevents abilities - including Ultimates - from entering cooldown. Gain +25% Ability Damage while Enraged.
