Critical hits grant 1 Voltage Fragment, up to 15; fragments expire after 5s without another critical hit. At 15 fragments, consume them to enter Halo State for 4s. During Halo State, hits add a 28% damage lightning rider with a 0.18s per-target cooldown. When Halo expires, detonate within 180 radius for 90% average damage plus 1% per rider consumed, capped at +90%.
