The Last Working Tube

Its mechanic can be borrowed via Acclivity onto eligible gear.

Begins immediately and grows over 3 seconds from 35% to 100% average basic-attack damage, 135 to 240 range, and 35 to 100 degrees. Tube hits are Lightning basic attacks: they can crit and trigger eligible on-hit and on-kill effects. Attack Speed increases the blast rate down to 0.12 seconds. No Sustain floor is required and there is no release explosion. Tube hits cannot create additional Tube pulses; the ramp resets when Sustain Beam ends.
