Reaching 4, 8, or 12 stacks empowers the next hit by 6%, 12%, or 20% damage respectively before spending the stacks. At 12 stacks, your next non-ultimate cast also forks 45% damage to up to 2 nearby enemies within 220 range; fork cooldown 2.5s.
